Recommendations

Before the ritual:

Avoid heavy meals and alcohol in the 2 hours prior.
Arrive early to enjoy the atmosphere and relax.
Turn off your phone or leave it on silent to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
If you have chosen a body ritual, wear comfortable clothing and avoid creams or perfumes before the session.
If you are pregnant or have any medical condition, please inform the team before starting.

After the ritual:

Take at least 15-20 minutes to calmly return to your normal pace.
Moisturize your skin thoroughly and drink water or herbal teas to prolong the benefits.
Avoid showering immediately to maintain the action of the oils and essences.
If the ritual included exfoliation or wrapping, avoid direct sun exposure for the next 24 hours.
Ideal to continue your wellness at home with Garvin Synergy or the body oil recommended by your therapist.

Is this treatment only for romantic couples?

Not at all. The double experience is ideal for sharing with whomever you want: mother and daughter, sisters, friends, partner... You choose.

Can you choose the style of massage?

Yes. Each client can independently choose the pace and intensity of the massage according to their needs (relaxing, therapeutic, or combination). Just indicate this upon arrival on the day of your treatment.

Can we substitute the cava with another option?

Of course. After the double ritual, you'll have a special space in our Wellness Patio where you can enjoy whatever you fancy: natural juices, coffee, tea, cava, and fresh fruit or similar. We adapt to your preferences and tastes.

Is it possible to add an extra massage or facial treatment?

Yes, rituals can be combined with massages or complementary services to prolong the experience.
