As a precaution, we do not recommend using vitamin A during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Your safety comes first, so we always advise consulting your doctor or midwife before including this product in your routine.

You can use this product every night once you have gradually increased the frequency and started with the appropriate concentration. If you are using it for the first time, we recommend introducing it gradually so your skin can build tolerance and minimise irritation. For the first two weeks, apply it one night and then take two nights off. During the third and fourth weeks, use it every other night. After that, you can use it every night.

You should apply this product as part of your nighttime routine, after cleansing and toning your skin, before applying moisturizer. Apply a grain of rice-sized amount to each eye.
