Once you gradually increase its use and reach the appropriate concentration, you can use it every night without any problems.

If you're just starting out with Crystal Retinal, we recommend starting gradually to allow your skin to develop a tolerance and avoid any occasional irritation.

Use it twice a week on alternate days for the first two weeks, every other day for the next two weeks, and then every night after that.

It is very important to apply SPF during the day if you use retinal.

We recommend avoiding the use of vitamin A during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, you can use a plant-based vitamin A alternative that is recommended during these periods, such as Backuchiol Peptides (available in our product catalog).

We do not recommend using Crystal Retinal 6 around such a delicate and specific area as the eye contour.
